The dinner, hosted by the CIT National Committee, is a great opportunity to learn of the work others have accomplished across the world.

The main ballroom will be seated to host Dr. Frederick J. Frese. Dr. Frese is a psychologist who served for fifteen years as Director of Psychology at Western Reserve Psychiatric Hospital, one of Ohio's largest psychiatric hospitals. He is presently the Coordinator of the Summit County Ohio Recovery Project. Along with Dr. Frese, we will have an array of entertainment and presentations for next years convention. We hope all stay and participate in the closing ceremony and provide feedback to continually improve the conference.

Previously he was the Director of Communications and Diversion Initiatives,The Center for Healthcare Services, Mental Health Authority. • Gilbert Gonzales has more than 29 years of experience in the field of substance abuse and mental health crisis prevention and in treatment provision as a clinician, university faculty member, project/program director and policy advisor. Gilbert Gonzales has led strategic planning, treatment, training and policy development. He continues to lead new systems initiatives that help mental health and substance abuse service providers promote collaboration and build service capacity in support of diverse populations.
